D. G. Hargrove: Executive Director D. G. has served as senior pastor of North Cities UPC in the Dallas suburb of Garland, TX since 1990. He is a licensed Clinical Counselor with National Christian Counselors Association.He is married with two children and three grandchildren.
 
Cecil Daniels: Executive Director Cecil has been in ministry since 1971 and has pastored Calvary Pentecostal Church in Shreveport, LA since 1980. He has also served in several positions on the local and district level with the UPCI. He has two sons (and three granddaughters) who are married and in active in ministry.
