Many people complain about decisions that leaders make and it is good to know that you have the support of leadership above you. Of course, this does not allow excuse for stupid decisions. There are times you may need to answer for a wrong decision and make it right, if possible.

It was always understood that the district board had the final say in all matters. However department directors felt free to explain any actions they were taking and to state their opinions without fear of retribution from the district board. They followed the old adage that states, “You can have your say, if not your way.”

Fair Consideration Given to all Parties
When working within an organizational structure there are many departments and all of them clamor for special attention. Not in a bad way, but you are expected to carry the banner, so to speak, for your department. Therefore it is necessary to bring all leaders together to mesh the calendar and agendas.
