Have a Structure for Accountability
Every organization must have a structure for accountability. Understand authority is a biblical principle that must be practiced when working with leaders. The process of accountability provides a safety net by making us answerable and responsible for our actions and words.
 In the LA District there was a process for accountability (which did not seem so much like accountability) as it seemed like we were working together. When we connect with other and open our ideas to candid discussion, we are able to see the situation from other perspectives.  
Things that seem like a good idea in our own mind, may not look so good when seen from other, less invested observers. Proverbs 11:14 “Where there is no counsel, the people fall; But in the multitude of counselors there is safety” (NKJV).
